Our Y7–13 coeducational college is seeking a vibrant educator who wants to work collaboratively to deliver innovative learning programmes which allow individuals to achieve their personal best.

Whilst we would love to appoint a physics teacher, we realise the unlikelihood of that, and welcome applications from any area of specialisation.

We are looking for a teacher of science who is willing to challenge the status quo, is passionate about learning and embraces technology and culturally responsive pedagogies to deliver effective teaching.

Applicants should be able to teach up to NCEA Level 3, and be a NZ certificated teacher. A commitment to our PB4L ethos is mandatory. The successful applicant will also be encouraged to be involved in our extensive co-curricular programmes.

With a roll of 275, we believe we are the perfect size to know all of our students individually and understand their learning needs. Our community has high aspirations for our students, and supports us in providing the best possible education and transitions for them. Along with our community, we are committed to ensuring we graduate well-rounded students who have clear goals and open pathways.

We are currently looking for an excellent classroom practitioner who can continue to build on our students’ successes.

Please state area of specialisation and any other teaching strengths.
