Teacher of geography

We are a leading boarding and day school for Y7–13 girls, situated in Hawke's Bay.

We are seeking to appoint a talented and motivated teacher of geography to join our high-achieving social sciences faculty. Hours to be negotiated. Must be capable of teaching NCEA geography to Level 3. Please state supporting subjects. Commencing 29 January 2020.

Applicants should have: 

• Excellent general social science teaching experience, specifically geography to senior level
• The ability to promote exceptional education in a blended learning environment
• A willingness to move with the times and work to meet our future-focused learning goals
• High level communication and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to our school’s special character.
