Our school is set amongst the rural countryside in Te Puke. We are a delightful school that has experienced increased roll growth over the past year. Our school prides itself on innovative ways of growing children's wellbeing and education by using Education Outside the Classroom within our school setting.

We require an innovative enthusiastic teacher who is keen to provide children with rich learning experiences contained within our vibrant and holistic school curriculum. The successful applicant will have a great sense of humour, sound curriculum knowledge and planning, excellent classroom management skills, be technology/computer savvy, and having a love of outdoor learning and the environment would also be of benefit. This person will be able to build strong relationships with students, staff and the wider school community. Confidence in Te Ao Māori would be the icing on the cake!

This is a fixed-term position in a Y2–3 classroom.
