We are a small rural school in Waimate with Y1–8 students.  We are looking to appoint a New Zealand registered teacher to a 0.6 position from 28 January 2020.

We are looking for an innovative, enthusiastic and caring teacher to join our small team for 3 days a week. We seek a highly effective and motivated teacher who wants to make a difference for students. A commitment to working effectively and reflectively in a team is essential. This position is for a person who has strengths in literacy, numeracy, environmental as well as a good knowledge of the New Zealand Curriculum. The year group will depend on the suitability and strengths of the applicant.
