Where you’ll be working: Waikato Hospital, Waikids.

The details: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday). Waikato Waikids (Paediatric) early childhood team based at Waikato Hospital is seeking an experienced and highly motivated teacher.

About the role:

This role is suited to a person who is self-motivated, an experienced play specialist preferably with health-sector knowledge looking for a challenging role that offers work-life balance.

Requirements:

  • A high level of initiative and adaptability
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Bachelor degree in teaching (ECE) / diploma of teaching (ECE)
  • Registration with the Teachers Council of NZ as a registered teacher.

 Previous health and leadership experience is highly-regarded.
