Our school is a coeducational school with a roll of approximately 1,600 students and established in 1883.

Cambridge is in the heart of the Waikato region and has recently become a focus for elite sport with cycling, triathlon, kayaking and rowing having established their New Zealand bases here.

The school serves the interests of the community incredibly well, meeting the academic, trades, cultural and sporting needs of a range of students. Places here are highly sought-after with families choosing to move into town to gain access to the school.

Due to the retirement of our head of special educational needs department we have a vacancy for the beginning of the year, 2020. The department has an outstanding reputation in our community, with a proud history of providing a high-quality of support for our students with educational needs. We are seeking an experienced SENCO to lead our team consisting of 3 full-time and 3 part-time teachers and 10 teacher aides.
