We are seeking an enthusiastic, innovative food and hospitality teacher to teach all levels. Class sizes are typically small.
Suitable applicants will be well-qualified, highly motivated, have a commitment to high standards of student achievement for Māori and culturally responsive pedagogy, and will be willing to teach collaboratively in a progressive Wharekura setting.
A strong commitment to te reo me ngā tikanga is essential as is a commitment to restorative practice. The teacher does not have to be a fluent speaker of te reo but ideally applicants will be competent in te reo Māori me ngā tikanga.
