Our school roll is growing quickly and we need another teacher.
We are an innovative school focused on developing the structures, processes and practices required for the deep personalisation of learning. This requires teachers who are genuinely willing to begin the learning process with the needs of every student, design and organise learning to meet those needs, gather evidence to determine the effectiveness of their teaching and learning programmes and always be responsive to the evidence and what they now know about the child.
We are looking for a teacher to join our growing school as we continue to develop our unique educational approach. Initially, teaching and learning Amesbury style will feel uncomfortable and challenging. You will need to be resilient and an ethical, committed professional and willing and able to take your fair share of the load. Are you a continual learner? Are you urgent to see equitable outcomes for all students? Do you have high levels of knowledge of the curriculum and are you always eager to know more? Are you prepared to work in a highly collaborative team-teaching environment?

We have a strong leadership development programme which takes a coaching leadership approach. Leadership capability, interest and potential is identified early and encouraged through a range of development programmes beginning with an emerging leaders’ programme.
This position is initially for 12 months fixed-term.
