We are looking for a NZ registered passionate, experienced classroom teacher with demonstrated empathy with students to fill this new position. The LSC will work to build the learning support capability of kaiako/teachers, and to help identify and plan for the learning support needs of all of the children and young people in our cluster. This will include students who have learning needs.

You will need to work collaboratively with teachers, school leaders, students, whānau, other local Kāhui Ako LSCs and various agencies. A good understanding of learning support systems and experience of working with other agencies is an advantage.

The successful applicant would take up the position at the beginning of term 1, 2020.
