We are looking for a new AP to join our school community. Located on the beautiful Kāpiti Coast, just north of Waikanae and south of Ōtaki, with a supportive community and wonderful professional team of staff. This is an exciting opportunity for someone wanting to further develop their leadership in a growing school.

The successful applicant will need to be prepared to teach in a collaborative learning environment, reflect and discuss openly and honestly ideas for enriching learning. We have flexibility in the year level to be taught, across Y1–8. Please state your preferred year levels and strengths in your application.

Strengths in any of the following areas are desirable: te reo and Tikanga Māori; use of digital technologies in the classroom; play/project-based learning; student agency; maths; PE and health. There may be the possibility of negotiating additional fixed-term management units for someone who can lead other staff in these areas.
