We are a coeducational, multicultural state secondary school in central/east Auckland. We serve a diverse urban environment covering a wide range of ethnic, social and economic situations.

Due to the promotion of our current assistant principal, we are looking for a visionary and collaborative leader to join our senior leadership team. Our school values of māia | courage, manaakitanga | care and manawa reka | curiosity underpin our teaching and learning, and your ability to lead based on these values as well as culturally sustaining and restorative practices is an expectation.

We are seeking a dedicated education professional with a reputation for engaging, inspiring, challenging and empowering both students and staff.  You will have the ability to lead student welfare and wellbeing across our school community; lead our dedicated health, guidance, and pastoral teams; be committed to professional learning; collaborative; optimistic; innovative and organised.

  • Middle leadership development in particular of our deans team
  • Pastoral care of Y10–11 learners (in collaboration with cohort deans)
  • Leading our dedicated team of health and guidance staff.
