We are a coeducational school with a roll of approximately 1,600 students and were established in 1883.

Cambridge is in the heart of the Waikato region and has recently become a focus for elite sport with cycling, triathlon, kayaking and rowing establishing their New Zealand bases here.

Our school serves the interests of the community incredibly well, meeting the academic, trades, cultural and sporting needs of a range of students. Places are highly sought after with families choosing to move into town to gain access to the school.

We are seeking a passionate teacher of Japanese to join our languages faculty from the beginning of the 2020 school year.

As the numbers for the study of Japanese are still growing at our school, the ideal candidate will have the ability to teach in another area of the school, preferably within the social sciences faculty.
