We are looking to improve our performance as an 'Enviroschool' by offering extra opportunities for students to study environmental science.

Are you a classroom teacher with a passion for all things environmental?  If you answered yes then we want to hear from you.

A specialist teacher at WIS is responsible for:

  • Teaching up to 3 classes per day
  • A homeroom of up to 25 students
  • Supporting te reo Māori and tikanga within their context
  • Modelling the partnership established by Te Tiriti o Waitangi.

You will join a team made up of experienced, diverse and enthusiastic teachers.

Understanding the benefits of, how to develop and implement, collaborative learning environments an advantage.
