We are contracted by the Ministry of Education to provide an individual support service for principals, with focus on beginning principals/ngā tumuaki. We currently have 34 leadership advisors supporting over 400 beginning principals/ngā tumuaki and additional experienced principals across the schooling sector from primary to secondary. In each region this work is supported by a regional management group with representatives from Evaluation Associates, the regional Ministry office and local principal associations.
We seek a leadership advisor, to support the service primarily in Tai Tokerau with a small component of time in the Auckland region. While we seek someone full-time, we will consider applications for a different FTE. Secondments for current practising principals will be considered.
