Opening in late 2019, our beautiful new semirural centre in Matangi, Waikato, is on the hunt for passionate qualified, in-training and unqualified kaiako who will work in collaboration with whānau to empower our tamariki, every day.

You will have passion, knowledge, confidence, energy and the desire to deeply nurture kaiako to come and join our RIE, Reggio-inspired centre.

We aspire to become a wonderful, passionate bunch of educators who strive for empowerment, enact respect and provide quality care for our tamariki.

As part of our foundational team of kaiako you will have the exciting opportunity to collectively develop a positive and empowering organisational culture. We are looking for teachers who strive for achievement, and for those that seek to be influential within the ECE sector.

You must enjoy empowering your colleagues and tamariki to be the best that they can be; and on occasion enjoy jumping in puddles, dancing in the rain and singing like no-one is listening. As a nurturing kaiako you would have the skills and knowledge to bring in just what we need to complement our budding team.

If you believe you have the skills listed above and would love to embark on an amazing opportunity, then we would love to hear from you!

  • We have a warm and welcoming feel and operate in a purpose-built building
  • Excellent management support with a manager/owner who has over 25 years in ECE
  • Ongoing opportunities for career growth and professional learning and development
  • A beautiful spacious learning environment.
