Our school, Te Kura a Rohe o Whaingaroa is a coeducational school catering for over 570 Y1–13 students. We serve a community that extends from the northern shores of Aotea Harbour in the south, to Waingaro in the north, and from our glorious West Coast across to the Karangamahanga Range in the east. We celebrate education in a bicultural environment, sustained by our strong values: Poutama, Whanaungatanga, Manaakitanga and Kaitiakitanga.

We seek a NZ registered teacher to work in our junior team with our Y1–4 students (age group to be negotiated with the successful applicant) and their whānau. Applicants must be caring, enthusiastic and empathetic to the needs of young children and their whānau.

This position will start at the beginning of term 1, 2020.
