Our school is looking for an enthusiastic, skilled teacher who is capable of leading our Y4 team.

We are looking for a visionary leader who is willing to push the boundaries while at the same time maintaining high standards. A broad view of the curriculum and an interest in developing our integrated curriculum model in an innovative and forward-thinking manner will be a requirement.

Knowledge of and competency in using digital technology will be seen as an advantage in a school that uses ICT extensively and is working hard to integrate the digital curriculum into our practice.

An understanding of the importance of student wellbeing and strategies to enhance wellbeing within the school will also be welcomed.

Knowledge of Tikanga Māori and te reo could also be an asset as our school increasingly embraces te reo as part of its curriculum.

Above all, great interpersonal skills, strong ethics and the ability to ensure that you maintain and develop a collaborative, happy working environment for your team are essential in this role.
