Our college is looking for a deputy principal with the right leadership skills to support significant development as we progress towards our rebuild and co-location with our partner school, Marlborough Boys' College.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a strong leadership team and help drive the future-focused transformation of teaching and learning.

The successful candidate will have strengths in leading critical inquiry and supporting the leadership development of teams within the school. This is a significant leadership role for a person with an interest and focus on girls' learning and development.

Strengths in culturally responsive and relational pedagogy are essential along with a commitment to the college’s focus on restorative practice. Specific roles and responsibilities to be negotiated.

Applicants must be fully conversant with the New Zealand Curriculum and be New Zealand registered teachers. We are a member of the Piritahi Kāhui Ako.
