After nearly 27 years our AP is stepping down and we are looking for another dynamic leader to join our team.
You will be a highly motivated, energetic and forward-thinking leader, who brings a wealth of teaching experience and strategic leadership to our school. You will enjoy working within a fast-paced, diverse and community-based school.
Significant leadership responsibilities will be negotiated each year, but typically involve leading learning, curriculum and assessment development and coaching of staff. As always you can’t get away from having to do some management – so good time management and organisational skills are essential.
We are working collaboratively to develop a culturally responsive and place-based curriculum. The successful applicant will show a level of confidence in te reo me ōna tikanga.
We are part of an active Kāhui Ako (Nga Hau e Wha) striving to be culturally responsive and work collaboratively. Significant release time provided.
