We are seeking to appoint an inspirational and relational teacher who has students at the heart of their practice. We are looking for an outstanding classroom practitioner to join our innovative junior Y9–10 teaching team and to teach specialist NCEA science classes. The ability to teach physics up to senior levels is an advantage, but all science subject areas will be considered. It is expected that you will make a significant contribution to schoolwide progress and achievement goals and engage in the wider life of the college.
We are a Y9–13 coed secondary school, with a 45% Māori roll, located in the beautiful small town of Paeroa, in the Hauraki District of the Waikato. We are centrally located within an hour to major cities, beaches and recreational areas.
