We are a centrally located school with a roll of 640 students. Originally started in 1864, we are one of New Zealand’s oldest schools and feature beautiful buildings and a great student population.
Our culture is based around our values:
Ako – we learn together
Manaakitanga – we care for each other
Kaitiakitanga – we care for the environment
Whanaungatanga – we respect each other
Rangatiratanga – our best always.
Our approach to education is that we are here to be the very best we can for each student who comes through our gate. There is a commitment to self and school growth and development so we can be the best teachers we can be.
We are currently looking for a Scale A teacher for a position in our intermediate whānau group.
There are 3 teachers in the whānau group, led by a whānau leader and deputy principal.
The right candidate for this role will be passionate about all aspects of education.
