Kua wātea he turanga i roto i to mātou tari Māori ‘Te Aka Matua’. Me mōhio pai te kaitono ki te whakaako i ngā ahuatanga Toi Māori, Te Reo me ōna tikanga maha. Mēnā he kaiako koe e mau ana ēnei pūkenga, he tangata ngakaunui ki tēnei marau me he aro kia hāpai ngā tamatoa o te kura nei, kia horo te tono mai. 

We are seeking a highly capable teacher of te reo Māori who will work collaboratively as part of a strong and cohesive te reo Māori team. Experience in delivering Māori arts courses an advantage. 

Applicants should be well-qualified and highly motivated, with a commitment to high standards of achievement in a progressive boys’ school environment. A strong commitment to restorative practices and culturally responsive and relational teaching approaches is essential.

Position to start 28 January 2020.
