The successful applicant must be an experienced, NZ registered teacher.
The new cluster manager will have had successful experience leading a team of professionals. They will have the ability to lead, organise and inspire our practice leaders and RTLB and give confidence to the schools within our cluster. They will have proven ability to work proactively, strategically and collaboratively.
They will readily form productive relationships with school principals, Kāhui Ako, cluster schools/kura, the Ministry of Education and other agencies.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication, management and organisational skills.
It is important that the successful applicant has a good understanding of RTLB practice and values their contribution to supporting diverse students with learning and behavioural needs.
A full driver's licence and use of own vehicle is essential.
