As deputy principal, you will:

  • Play a pivotal role and be responsible for delivering our vision and implementing our strategic intentions around wellbeing
  • Provide significant input into strategic planning, organisational culture, training and development of teaching staff, team management and succession planning through leading a team of teachers and specialists and implementing special projects
  • Ensure that our students and parents have a consistently effective and positive experience
  • Collaborate across our college to ensure that teachers work together to influence student outcomes.

  • Key skills in identifying and implementing significant improvement and change
