We are seeking a qualified early childcare teacher for 4 to 5 days for our community-based centre in Glenfield, North Shore. The centre is part of the Glenfield Baptist complex.

The person we are seeking needs to have an understanding of the thinking of the Reggio Emilia approach and a hunger to learn more as we grow together. Most of our team have attended study tours in Melbourne and/or Italy and we envisage our new staff member will also be enabled to participate in such training as they progress. Our centre follows project-based learning and we believe that learning needs to be within the context of community and our learning involved within it. We are seeking a team player, fun, organised with good English, written and oral. You need to be willing to learn and be available to be part of a pretty special whānau.

Check out our website.

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
