DP curriculum development, assessment and reporting and school organisational systems.

The successful applicant will have a deep understanding of the school and our culture, you will know what makes us tick. You will have experiences in curriculum development and delivery from NE through to Y13 and from more than one education system. From teaching and learning through pla, through scientific approaches through to sport and music, you will know that a balance is what children need for their learning. You will clearly be able to articulate the need for a sequential curriculum that is able to be delivered within a school that will not burn teachers out. Assessment and reporting will be clearly and accurately interwoven into this curriculum delivery as a tool to support learning. The ability to be able to use a systems-based leadership approach will support our school systems and organisation.

Non-negotiable requirements for this role include highly competent use of eTAP and the Google Suite, a sense of humour, love and dedication to colleagues and children alike and lastly, confidentiality beyond reproach.
