The centre of enhancement’s vision is to enhance the learning opportunities and holistic support for students who would benefit from specific, specialised and targeted support to reach their potential. This incorporates the areas of learning support, gifted and talented education, careers education and guidance, ESOL and high-performance sport and culture.

Working with TiCs of each area, we are looking for an outstanding practitioner who can make a significant contribution to our college through high-quality leadership and progressive teaching and learning practices.

The successful applicant must have sympathy with, and an understanding of, the college's beliefs and practices, as well as being involved in co-curricular activities of the college.

The successful applicant will be NZ registered and familiar with the NZ Curriculum and NCEA.
