We are looking for teachers who are energetic, positive and focused on working alongside children in responsive learning contexts. Having a collaborative mindset is essential and being able to plan, teach and evaluate with others in the learning team is part of the Thorrington way. Our competency-led curriculum focuses on deep learning and student agency which requires teachers to be flexible in their practice. Being willing to contribute to the wider school is a priority for us in our school community. Levels will be negotiated soon after the appointment but please state your preference in Y1–6.
