A vacancy has arisen for a permanent, full-time, director of pastoral care and counselling at our college. The director is responsible for leading the counselling team in providing a high-quality professional counselling service for students, parents, whānau, and staff. The other key responsibility is to lead, develop, communicate, and guide the philosophy and provision of pastoral care within the college community.

Remuneration will be dependent upon the qualifications and experience of the successful applicant.

The successful applicant will be leading the existing college counselling team.
