Our learning spaces are beautiful, intentional and inviting. The outdoors are spacious and natural with real grass. We have a resident artist (atelierista) who works with all the classrooms, and very importantly we have a very supportive and committed management team.

We are looking for a dynamic, qualified teacher who has a keen interest in the arts, to join our dedicated team to support the children through inquiry and project based learning.

At our centre we draw our inspiration from the preschools of Reggio Emilia. All teachers who join our team are mentored in this approach in working with children. We closely observe, listen and record the children’s investigations and enhance the environment to support their wonderings and ideas. Teachers work alongside our talented artist who supports children’s 100 languages.

If you are an effective communicator with strong collaborative skills, a reflective and dedicated practitioner, have an understanding of the Reggio Emilia approach and knowledge of social constructivism, excellent writing and documentation skills, ability to think creatively about ideas and materials and are passionate about your role in enhancing young children’s lives and would like to join our team we would love to hear from you.

Employee benefits include but are not limited to:

  • Competitive salaries depending on qualifications and experience
  • Access to on-going training and professional development
  • Support and mentoring from our existing knowledgeable teachers
