We are looking for an exceptional leader, communicator and problem solver. The successful applicant will be an experienced educator with strong curriculum knowledge and someone who is passionate about helping all learners reach their potential. Experience of the SENCO role is preferable, with knowledge about special needs, gifted and talented, ORS and the ins and outs of funding, staffing and the many different agencies involved in a busy school. Strengths in assessment, data analysis and schoolwide organisation are also desirable. The successful applicant will be able to provide and discuss recent evidence of leading positive change and how they have made a difference within their school.
