Our centre in Glendene is a small mixed-aged centre licensed for 32 children.
Our centres have outstanding ERO reports and our Glendene centre has recently received a 4-year review which is the highest standard to achieve.
We really live and breathe our philosophy priding ourselves on empowering all staff to genuinely reflect, learn and collaborate with each other. Our main vision is to empower children’s sense of self and foster their ability to direct their own learning in a nurturing environment that is autonomous, open, and child-centred.
The outside spaces have a strong focus on the natural setting where children will be encouraged to explore, learn, and grow in an environment that is both engaging and challenging. The inside spaces are thoughtfully organised in a respectful and homely manner, where careful considerations have been given to the aesthetics and natural elements to help instill a sense of belonging.

The successful applicant will be energetic, self-motivated, creative, with a deep commitment to quality early childhood education/ pedagogy.
