One based in Kelston, one based in Flat Bush.

Permanent full-time positions starting term 3 (22 July).

We are seeking 2 candidates, who are excellent deaf role models to our learners, to work during school term times in our school provisions in Kelston and Flat Bush. You will be responsible for supporting Deaf and hard of hearing/hearing learners and work closely with our teachers to provide a safe and practical learning environment. You will be a skilled New Zealand Sign Language user and strong communication skills are essential. 

You will have a current New Zealand driver’s licence, a natural affinity with youth and young children, and be able to build positive professional relationships with them. A valid permit to live and work in NZ is essential.

  • Practical skills.
