We are seeking applications from experienced ECE teachers to join our centre's team as their lead teacher.
As the 2iC to the centre manager, you will provide professional leadership and day-to-day supervision of centre staff. Our ideal candidate will have full registration with a minimum of 2 years' ECE experience, ideally working with the o2s tamariki. In addition you will have strong programme planning, internal relationship management skills, and the ability to strengthen relationships with our families and wider community.
Your teaching, leadership and mentoring skills will be second to none and you believe in leading by example. Commitment to the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi, informing bicultural practice is essential.

Our centre is a subsidiary of AKA. We are an ECE centre licensed for 50 children, including up to 5 children U2 years of age. The centre provides an all-day education and care service and the centre hours are Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 5.30pm.
