We are seeking a positive and enthusiastic trained teacher of the deaf, advisor on deaf children or qualified speech language therapist to work as a regional habilitationist for school-aged children with cochlear implants. The position will ideally be based in Auckland and the work will involve habilitation, assessment and programme management for children across metropolitan Auckland and Northland. Good remuneration package and a lease vehicle for work travel based on mileage thresholds. 

Requirements for this position:

  • Appropriate qualifications
  • A current driver's licence
  • A willingness to further your skills and qualifications in Listening and Spoken Language
  • Enthusiasm, self-management skills and willingness to be part of a regional team. 

Interviews will be held week commencing 29 July.
