Our centre is based in a small community and was strong country ties which we love! We have three houses from three eras which provide the learning environments for each of our three age groups. Love animals? So do we! We have chickens and rabbits and enjoy watching the interactions and learning our children get from these.

As our new centre manager you will be the heart of our centre. We understand joining a new centre is scary, and that is why we have an incredible support team on hand to ensure a rewarding, informative and easy introduction to your new role. 

You will oversee the day-to-day operations, programme delivery, facility management, centre enrolments and budgets of the centre. The key to success is building great relationships with whānau and children, and coaching and mentoring your team to deliver the best outcomes for children.

Your background:
Previous management or supervisory experience is essential along with indepth knowledge of the operational requirements within the ECE environment. You will be a fully qualified and registered ECE teacher with a passion for delivering a strong and tailored curriculum.
