We are currently looking for a centre manager to lead our experienced and engaged team as they continue to deliver incredible learning experiences to our tamariki.

We are lucky to have a large, spacious centre with a focus on nature and discovery. With an extensive, interactive outdoor area we are working hard to create a modern and engaging learning space for our children. We are licensed for 75 children – 25 in our U3s and up to 50 in our preschool. With a focus on purposeful teaching and learning we are creating a strong foundation from which our tamariki can learn and grow.

As our new centre manager you will be the heart of our centre! We have an incredible support team on hand to provide you with a thorough introduction to your new role along with ongoing support in both the business and curriculum aspects of this position.  

You will oversee the day-to-day operations, programme delivery, facility management, centre enrolments and budgets of the centre. The key to success is building great relationships with whānau and children, and coaching and mentoring your team to deliver the best outcomes for children.

Your background:
Previous management or supervisory experience is essential along with indepth knowledge of the operational requirements within the ECE environment. You will be a fully qualified and registered ECE teacher with a passion for delivering a strong and tailored curriculum.
