We are seeking a future-thinking, inspirational leader to join our high-performing management team, and lead a team of Y0–1 teachers.

The successful applicant will lead learning, build positive relationships, have strong communication skills, maintain high expectations and motivate others. They will have robust, up-to-date literacy and numeracy practice and a solid knowledge of the New Zealand Curriculum.

The team leader must have proven high-quality whānau communication skills, strong collaborative skills, confident leadership abilities, model reflective practice and be passionate about providing students with a stimulating learning environment. A knowledge in play-based learning and experience working in a collaborative environment will be an advantage.

This position comes with 2PMU and 0.2 release time.

Position commences term 3 or by negotiation.
