We are a fast-growing home-based early childhood education service. We are looking for 2 loving and dynamic individuals to join our little family.

As a successful applicant, you must be fluent in either Mandarin/Tongan/Samoan.

The role is very rewarding, and involves mentoring educators and visiting children and having the opportunity to make a difference in their lives.

You will be responsible for:

  • Visiting educators
  • Visiting children and families
  • Building relationships with the wider community
  • Home safety checks
  • Following through with enrolments
  • Programme planning
  • Writing learning stories
  • Organise excursions, PD and playgroups
  • Promoting our business.

The successful applicant must have:

  • Current provisional or full NZ teacher registration (ECE)
  • Computer literacy
  • Willingness to learn and be a team player
  • Must be willing to relieve other teachers
  • Be very organised with all documentation
  • Knowledge of MOE and ERO
  • Self-motivation and a positive and focused approach
  • Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor educators whilst they are working in their roles
  • A current first aid certificate and a clean full NZ driver's licence.
