This exciting role is part of our senior leadership team. As one of our 2 associate principals, you will lead inclusive learning at our school through effective pedagogy, professional development and implementation of our wellbeing framework.

A genuine passion for success for all, and the ability to see the bigger picture to help connect the dots for our students and staff
The ability to recognise the importance of identifying the patterns, strengths and challenges within learning difference
Knowledge about what is needed to enable students with learning difference to harness their strengths and thrive, and be able to lead the provision of that support in our school
The expertise to develop and share knowledge (together with our learning teams) to implement best practice about learning difference within inclusive learning environments
The ability to quickly build strong, positive relationships and connections with our students, teachers, whānau, learning support staff and outside agencies
The strengths to motivate, inspire and lead others in this exciting opportunity.
Roles and responsibilities
Leading inclusive learning (pedagogy and professional development) in collaboration with our other associate principal, principal and leadership team
Leading our learning support and ESOL teams
Oversight of the international programme.
Leading positive behaviour for learning through a strengths-based approach
Liaising with external agencies such as CMM, Mana Ake, RTLB and MOE
0.4 teaching component.
