We currently have a vacancy in our Y3-4 class. We seek a passionate, motivated and enthusiastic teacher to permanently join our dedicated and caring whānau. Due to unforeseen family circumstances this position is vacant now.
We are a vibrant multicultural school with a positive supportive team culture. We have had 2 consecutive 5-year ERO reviews and are looking for a teacher who:
Has warm, effective learning relationships with ākonga/learners, their whānau and staff
Has sound classroom management and knowledge of PB4L
Knows how to use formative assessment data to plan engaging learning opportunities that meet the needs of our ākonga/learners
Demonstrates commitment to personal professional growth and development
Has a collegial and collaborative approach
Shows a willingness to contribute to the schoolwide curriculum and extracurricular opportunities
Has a desire to support adult student teachers to grow.
