Seeking a driven and energised registered ECE teacher!

If the idea of working just footsteps from the beautiful Coopers Beach sounds like a bit of you...keep reading because we have a feeling you are going to love this opportunity!

An opportunity has become available for a registered teacher to join our professional and friendly team of educators! With a licence of 56, we are a purpose-built, bright, airy childcare centre located right in the heart of Coopers Beach in the stunning Doubtless Bay! With convenient hours to suit our families and teachers, the centre is open 8am–4.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Our staff and children make the most of the amazing location by enjoying regular visits to the beach and community excursions in our centre van. We have a strong passion for sustainability as a centre and this is fed through into our daily practices and routines with the children. Check out our centre Facebook page to see what we get up to!

We would be excited to hear from someone who is warm and welcoming, has excellent communication skills, a talent for setting up fun and interesting learning activities and is competent with planning and curriculum and holds a positive team player attitude!

Skills in the use and understanding of te reo would be an advantage for this position.

As a valued teacher at our centre, you can be assured of a great benefits package that includes subsidised childcare (if applicable), first aid certification, annual flu vaccines, full reimbursement for teacher registration costs, robust induction, mentoring and appraisal processes and ongoing opportunities for career growth and personal and professional development!

3rd year students should also consider applying for this role as full mentoring support would be available to assist with completing your studies.

We look forward to hearing from you!
