We are a special school for young persons aged 5–21 years. The specialist teacher outreach service is based at Kimi Ora’s Evans Bay School and we work with ORS funded children in mainstream schools in the greater Wellington/Hutt Valley region.
We have a position for a Scale A teacher 0.6 (3 days) to work in our Outreach Team. This position will be at a number of schools in the greater Hutt area. Our service is expanding and there is potential for this position to increase during the year as our roll grows.
Experience in working with special needs children is essential. There is travel involved and a mileage allowance is paid.
The start date is negotiable.
