Each of the 3 centres that make up our complex house 3 age-appropriate rooms; babies, toddlers and preschool. With an overarching philosophy based around project play (and RIE philosophy for our nurseries) we provide large, engaging environments for our children. Each room has its own playground, including each of our nurseries!
About the role: Centre managers are the heart of our centres and are well-supported in their roles. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, programme delivery, facility management, centre enrolments and budgets of our Titoki centre (66 licence). The key to success is building great relationships with whānau and children, and coaching and mentoring your team to deliver the best outcomes for children.
About you: Previous management or supervisory experience is essential along with indepth knowledge of the operational requirements within the ECE environment. You will be a fully qualified and registered teacher and will have a passion for delivering an engaging and tailored curriculum.
