Our ideal candidate would have previous senior leadership experience, be open to learning, have excellent communication and people skills, coaching and mentoring experience to lead formative assessment pedagogy, digital and/or collaborative learning, sound curriculum and assessment knowledge Y0–8, be culturally responsive, fluent in te reo Māori or a Pacific language (or willing to learn), and able to support our Māori medium unit.
