We are a small, home-like centre that is striving to be a home-away-from-home for not just our children but our team too! We are owned by a family and want a leader who can lead whilst incorporating family values.

We are seeking a passionate team leader to lead our inspiring group of teachers and work alongside a cohesive leadership team. We are 1 of 3 privately owned, North Island ECE centres.

Our team leader is/has:

  • A natural leader with the knack for building and maintaining relationships, while you're carefully able to prioritise, manage time effectively, and accomplish your goals

 To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • An ECE qualification, and/or have relevant management experience/qualification 
  • At least 3 years' experience working with children in an ECE environment 
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire is preferable
  • Ideally have a sound track record of financial/budget management.
