Do you have what it takes?

  • Do you have a sound knowledge of planning and the self-review process?
  • Do you have knowledge of loose parts and rituals?
  • Do you have a passion for supporting people on their journey to greatness?

If you answered YES then WE WANT YOU!

We are looking for a 2iC who is creative, caring, energetic and loves to have a laugh. We would love someone who has a passion for building long-lasting relationships with children, parents, caregivers, and colleagues.

Having sound knowledge of implementing a curriculum of inquiry through play would be useful, along with knowledge of how loose parts support children’s learning.

If you love sustainability, that’s a bonus, as we are getting new gardens to grow and harvest produce, and would love some green fingers on our team.

You will be working with a supportive, hard-working team of ladies, supporting them to professionally learn and grow.

With a newly built playground about to be constructed and new resources about to be purchased, you will have a great environment to support children’s learning and development through a play-based curriculum.

An ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous leadership experience
  • Be organised with good time management skills
  • Knowledge of info care
  • Know Ministry of Education requirements
  • Full registration.

  • Ongoing professional development
  • Great career growth opportunities
  • Warm, friendly, family-owned centre
  • Discounted fees for your child.

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
