Salary scale K1. The OKA operates 5 kindergartens across the North Otago region. We are inviting applications for the following 0.575 teaching position, in friendly Oamaru. It is anticipated the successful applicant will commence at the start of term 1, 2019.

This kindergarten currently operates 6-hour sessions, 5 days per week for 30 children with a 1:10 teacher to child ratio.

This position is required to cover daily lunch breaks for all the teaching team and the successful applicant will work within the current team with 3 other teachers. This position has become vacant due to internal staff changes.

All applicants must hold a current first aid certificate, a recognised early childhood teaching qualification and be New Zealand registered teachers.
