Do you love the outdoors and dream of spending your weekends surfing, swimming in the sea, hunting, fishing or diving? Or do you enjoy soaking up New Zealand’s natural environment at its best; relaxing on a majestic beach, bush walking including discovering beautiful waterfalls? Our student catchment includes the home of Hector dolpins, yellow-eyed penguins, marine wildlife, fossilised remains of an ancient forest and the newly established Environment Centre and cafe at Curio Bay. We are a school of approximately 100 delightful children situated in a farming and tourist community who value education, including the arts and sport.

We have a position available for an educator who wants to be part of a committed and innovative, student-focused rural school.

The successful applicant will be a team player, with a growth mindset and enthusiastic about education in the 21st century.

Class levels and subjects will be decided based on the strengths and passions of the educator.
