Love the country life? We need a head teacher! Our centre manager, Kim, has worked hard to create a work environment that is professional and fair, but filled with fun and laughter every day. We work together to address challenges, and celebrate successes.

As we are based in a small community, we have strong country ties which we love! We have 3 houses from 3 eras which provide the learning environments for each of our 3 age groups.

Love animals? So do we! We have chickens and rabbits and enjoy watching the interactions and learning our children get from these.

We have an exciting opportunity available for a head teacher in our toddlers room. This position is ideal for an experienced, fully certified, qualified ECE teacher ready for the next step up, in a fun and supportive environment.

We pride ourselves on our ability to collaborate with each other, our families and community to provide excellent education and care for our children. Our team of experienced, caring teachers work closely together to grow and develop our children and the centre.
What we provide:

  • Professional development and career growth opportunities within BestStart
  • Dedicated professional services manager to help support you and develop your teaching practice
  • Competitive remuneration
  • Free healthcare insurance
  • Discounted childcare
